We are proudly registered with the Australian Manuka Honey Association (AMHA), and every batch undergoes independent testing to verify the key markers of authentic Manuka honey: DHA, MGO (MG), NPA, HMF, and Leptosperin. What’s more, our honey consistently tests stronger than the rating printed on the jar—so you get even more potency than promised.

We gently cream our honey to create a smooth, spreadable texture without compromising its natural goodness. This process preserves the honey’s rich flavor while preventing it from crystallizing into hard granules — perfect straight off the spoon or to use for a face mask.

MGO (methylglyoxal) is a naturally occurring compound found in manuka honey, and its levels indicate the honey’s antibacterial strength. The higher the MGO number, the more potent the honey’s antibacterial properties.

Beekeeping with European honey bees began in Australia in the early 1800s, making it the first country to produce Manuka honey. A landmark study of 477 Australian honey samples found that over half had therapeutic antibacterial activity, with Leptospermum honeys showing especially high non-peroxide activity. Combined with Australia’s Varroa mite–free bee population and strict AMHA testing standards, this makes Australian Manuka Honey uniquely potent and pure.
