At HoneyDirect, we stand behind every drop of our premium Manuka honey. We know that shipping high-value wellness products from Australia to the United States requires trust. That’s why we’ve simplified our return process to be 100% risk-free for our US customers.

1. The 30-Day "Change of Mind" Policy (Unopened Jars)

If you decide your purchase isn't right for you before opening it, we’ve got you covered.

  • Free Returns: We provide a pre-paid shipping label to our US-based return hub. You will never have to ship a package back to Australia.
  • Full Refund: Once our US team receives your unopened, factory-sealed jars, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

2. The "First Taste" Protection (Opened Jars)

Because honey is a natural food product, we cannot accept returns on opened jars for safety and hygiene reasons. However, we want you to try our Manuka with total peace of mind.

  • The Promise: If you open your first jar and find the flavor profile isn’t to your liking, keep the honey.
  • The Refund: Simply contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will issue an immediate 50% refund on that opened jar—no shipping, no post office lines, and no hassle.
  • Note: This protection applies to the first opened jar per customer.

3. The Arrival Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a compromised seal during its journey from Australia:

  • Do not send it back. Take a quick photo of the damage and email it to sweet@honeydirect.us.
  • We will ship a replacement jar immediately, at zero cost to you.

The Fine Print (Fair Use Policy)

Limit One Per Household: The "First Taste" 50% refund protection is strictly limited to one (1) opened jar per customer, household, or delivery address. If a bulk bundle or multiple jars are purchased, the 50% refund applies only to the single opened unit; any remaining jars must be returned unopened to our US hub to qualify for a refund.

Condition of Unopened Returns: To qualify for a 100% refund, unopened jars must have the original factory heat-shrink seal and lid-security tab fully intact. Any jars returned to our US hub with tampered or broken seals will not be eligible for a refund and will be disposed of for safety reasons.

Abuse of Policy: HoneyDirect reserves the right to refuse the "First Taste" refund or "Free Return" shipping labels to any customer with a history of excessive returns or fraudulent claims. This policy is intended to provide peace of mind to our genuine wellness community and is offered at the sole discretion of HoneyDirect.
