- All import taxes, customs duties, and tariffs are fully covered by us.
- There are no additional fees due upon delivery.
The total price displayed at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a a tracking number via email.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on destination:
- International orders: 7–10 business days on average
These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.
5. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most international locations. If your address is not eligible at checkout, please contact us prior to ordering.

8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage. We will assist with a replacement or other resolution.
